How to open UA-Main files in Trados Studio?
When opening the Trados package you downloaded from the FTP hand off folder indicated by Project Manager in the hand off email, make sure to tick Include subfolders in the Files menu. That way, you can use CTRL+A+Enter to open all the files in the package at once. If Studio gets too slow after opening all files at once, you can work on individual files.
How to search for relevant UA articles online on tableau.com?

If the query produces too many results from various content, you can filter for the Support (UA) articles
You can also search by file name you are working on, for example if you are working on the file ipa_start.htm, you can search in Tableau's search box for "ipa_start":
