Naming of the hand off

Each UI hand off comes with the project ID (that changes monthly), release number, drop number and a date. UI-Main is an official component name of all UI tasks. Example:

The cadence of Tableau product releases is 3x a year and each release consists of 7-8 drops, depending on Tableau's needs.

Each UI-Main project is split between a number of file types:

• localize_js - 4 files

• monolith - 1 file

• PaGitLab - 2 files

• properties - 4 files

• QTTS -  2 files

The reason behind this project setup is that the entire UI content is coming from more than 100 source files with various file extensions, and each extension requires different parsing rules in Phrase. Therefore, Tableau is not able to merge all these file types under single large MXLIFF file in Phrase.
